The auction is an adult-only event that takes place in the school gym (totally transformed), featuring a cash bar, delicious treats, awesome music, raffles, class art, amazing silent auction items and a dazzling live auction. It’s a great community event!


Silent Auction

Get ready to bid on a fabulous selection of items, including theatre and sports tickets, toys, artwork, sports memorabilia, collectibles, furniture, designer clothing, home decor and so much more!

This year’s event will feature more than 200 amazing items generously donated by Morse families and friends, local businesses and community stakeholders. 

Never been to a Silent Auction? You write down your name and bid on the sheet in front of the item and check back regularly to see who has outbid you, then up your game. At the end of the evening, we will close the tables in sections, with a high-stakes countdown to you can slip in with your final bid in an effort to win!

Wine Basket Raffle

Picture a huge basket filled overflowing with countless bottles of wine. Now picture taking it home. Each member of school council and the committee has contributed a bottle of wine, which translates into a basket full of bliss!

$5 each or 5 for $20. 



Back by popular demand, the Class Art Auction features original pieces created by each class. These are lovely keepsakes and perfect to hang in a child’s room, playroom or any place of honour in your home. The quality is amazing.

Listen for a five-minute warning indicating the bidding is about to close.  But, be warned: The competition is fierce!

Great Eats

Don't miss the fantastic selection of food, including complimentary hors d'oeuvres, cheeses, desserts and treats. Thanks to parents and others who donated food. 



Exciting Live Auction

This year’s Live Auction is hosted by actor Tara Spencer-Nairn and comedian-by-night Josh Glover, a super entertaining couple who also happen to be Morse parents.  

Get ready to raise your hand and bid against others vying for a handful of marquee items, including VIP front-row seats to the Morse School Concerts!

We’re going retro this year with an old Price Is Right fave! Check it out and try your luck for some fun instant prizes.

1 try for $10 and 3 for $25, everyone wins a prize depending on where your Plinko chip lands! Value $10-$100 dollars, 1 prize per play.

Buy 3 tickets and be entered into the draw for the grand prize, a porter trip for two (value up to $750)!!


This is the perfect solution for those must-have items. Forget the stress of bidding, buy it for the “Buy It Now” price listed on the bid sheet. Speak to one of the volunteers to arrange the transaction, then relax and enjoy the rest of your evening. 


Drop your kids at Sprouts—183 Carlaw Avenue, just north of Queen—for their very own evening of fun while you attend the auction.

Face painting, games and a Glow in the Dark Dance Party! Snacks will be served and fun will be had by all.

Cost is $20 per child, siblings $10. Proceeds from the evening go to the school—thank you to Sprouts for the generous donation!
